Cancellation Policy

We are known for providing convenience to the customer on every step of their journey with WeAreHolidays. We hereby provide our customers with a structured Cancellation policy.

Under this policy:

  1. The cancellation request should be raised within 7 days of confirmation of package.
  2. WAH will reject the cancellation request if the orders have been communicated to the destination experts and the process of booking the package has been initiated.
  3. If the land package is cancelled, the refund would be processed in 10 working days from the date of acceptance of cancellation request.
  4. In case of any natural calamities, the cancellation request for land packages will be refundable depending upon the situation and no enforcement for refund will be granted or considered.
  5. If the client is not available on the booking date due to his personal issues, then he/she will have to bear any increase in the package charges on his own.
  6. Any change in the final itinerary after booking confirmation will attract penalties and price difference (if any).
  7. The cancellation refund can vary on your package booked and same shall be communicated to you by our office at the time of booking.
  8. Refunds are being processed within 10 days period however, we shall not be liable for any default caused in processing the refund amount owing to the delay caused by processing bank.
  9. Any increase in the price charged by Company on account of change in rate of taxes or imposition of new taxes by Government shall have to be borne by customer.

The guidelines provided by our destination experts will overrule the above policies depending on the circumstance. In case of any discrepancy, the decision of WeAreHolidays will be final and binding.
